IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGIES

Considering the characteristics of a modem warfare to be made on the entire territory with maximum engagement of human, material/technical and other potentials it is necessary to rationally organize the transport system in order to ensure transportation in the process of mobilization, concentration and strategic development of armed forces, their re-grouping, provision of essential resources, functioning of wartime economy (industry), evacuation of the wounded and stranded population, damaged equipment and material.

For this reason peacetime organization/management of the transportation system must be so conceived to reorient itself at a given moment to new specific warfare conditions and requirements as well as other emergency situations.
