Department of Transport Logistics; Chair of Planning Logistics
Ivona Bajor, PhD is part of PROMET - Traffic&Transportation editorial board for over five years, where she obtained functions of section editor for logistics and associate editorship.
As an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb she obtains the function of Head of Chair for Logistics Process Planning. Her research interests include digital logistics systems, simulation modeling, warehouse and reverse logistics processes optimization, greening and sustainability.
As logistics consultant, she managed and worked on numerous industries projects and specialized in information systems optimization as implementation and restructuring consultant. She manages scientific projects for development and implementation of different technologies, as blockchain, AR, tracking systems and picking optimization, continuously researching and partnering logistics industry. She manages numerous national and EU projects concerning logistics study program development.

Department of Road Transport; Chair of Road Transport Engineering
Luka Novačko, PhD is part of PROMET - Traffic&Transportation editorial board for over five years, where he obtained functions of section editor for road transport.
As an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb he obtains the function of Head of Department for Road Transport and he is also Head of Laboratory for Planning in Road Transport. His research interests include modelling and planning in road and urban traffic, traffic simulations and intersection design.
He was also involved in numerous scientific and expert projects in the field of road and urban traffic and transport.

Mojca Brenko-Puzak has been working at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Library since 2011. She has served as the managing editor of the Journal since 2024. She graduated with a master's degree in library science and a bachelor's degree in English language and literature.
She has been actively engaged in the field of librarianship and has attended and presented at numerous international and local conferences.

Independent Chairs; Chair of Foreign Languages
Mihaela Tabak, PhD, is a senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. She graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb in 2003, and in 2021, after completing her postgraduate studies in applied linguistics, she earned a PhD in the field of humanities, specifically in philology.
Her research interests include language learning strategies, focusing on vocabulary learning strategies, individual factors in mastering foreign languages, and self-regulated language learning. She has published several scientific papers and presented at conferences abroad and in Croatia.

Department of Railway Transport; Chair of Organization of Railway Transport
Borna Abramović, PhD, is part of PROMET - Traffic&Transportation editorial board for more than three years where he obtained the function of section editor for railway and public transport.
Currently, is a research adviser in science and a full professor. He is appointed as the Head of Chair of Railway Transport Management Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences University of Zagreb.
Areas of interest in science are the following: railway transport organisation, rail infrastructure charges, rail freight transport, rail freight market, integrated passenger transport systems, transport forecasts, transport demand and game theory.
Also, he is a distinguished guest lecturer at different higher education institutions in the field of transport and traffic across Europa and Asia.
Borna is an active researcher and has participated in a large number of European and Croatian scientific projects and a large number of professional studies in Croatia.

Department of Information and Communications Traffic; Chair of Telecommunication Traffic Theory (in the establishment process)
Marko Matulin, Ph.D. works at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, the University of Zagreb since 2008 in various roles; currently as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information and Communication Traffic. Through his research and professional growth, he mastered the use of traffic theory and traffic models in real-case scenarios, quality of service, and user quality of experience analysis for different telecommunication services and networks. He also has hands-on knowledge of relational databases, object-oriented programming languages, statistical analysis, and web application development. The scientific projects he participated in include topics related to user perception studies about various telecommunication services, network performance analysis, and evaluation, and using VR technology in industrial environments. Three of his favorite hobbies are playing tennis and electric guitar (not at the same time) and cycling.

Tomislav Fratrović, PhD became Section Editor and member of the Editorial board for PROMET - Traffic&Transportation after an extensive cooperation with the journal as a reviewer. His mathematical background and expertise in applied mathematics and statistics ensures high quality of final papers. His current position as Head of Chair for applied mathematics and statistics at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb, offers him a great variety and opportunity for application of mathematical and statistical methods in traffic engineering. His research interests span from mathematical modelling and applied statistics to the field of fluid dynamics, asymptotic analysis and homogenization.

Department of Traffic Accident Expertise; Laboratory for Traffic Accidents Expertise
Željko Šarić Ph.D. is Associate Professor at University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. His research work includes analysis of traffic accidents and road traffic safety methods. As the Head of the Laboratory for Traffic - Technical Expertise at the Faculty of Traffic Sciences, he regularly organizes various tests of collision processes in crash tests. He is an authorized specialist for collection and analysis data from Event Data Recorder in vehicles and a Court Expert for traffic accidents. He led several dozens of projects in the field of road traffic safety and conducted several traffic accident expertise for courts in the Republic of Croatia. In co-authorship with foreign authors, he has published several scientific papers in prestigious international journals and he is the author of the official methodology for the identification of road black spots in the Republic of Croatia. He is an authorized auditor for road safety and a member of the international association of court experts European Association for Accident Research and Analysis

Bruno Antulov-Fantulin, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb, where his research centers on air traffic management, air traffic complexity, and related systems for aviation safety and efficiency. He has published work on modelling air traffic complexity and contributes to scientific research in air traffic services, flow and capacity management, and airspace optimisation, while also engaging in innovation through roles such as leading SKAI LABS, a venture developing advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions for aviation operations.

Andrija Vidović, PhD, is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb. His research and academic work encompass air transport systems and aviation studies, including airline management, aircraft performance and noise management, airport operations, and related topics in air transport engineering, and he has published extensively in these areas.

Tomislav Rožić, PhD is part of PROMET - Traffic&Transportation editorial board for over four years.
He is serving as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb, Department of Transport Logistics. His main research focus is on transport networks and goods flow with special focus on container transport, container terminals process optimization, hinterland connectivity and inland terminals. He is also conducting research in the field of intermodal transport and city logistics problems.

Department of Intelligent Transport Systems; Chair of Applied Computing
Edouard Ivanjko, Ph.D. is part of PROMET - Traffic&Transportation editorial board, where he tracks the papers related to intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
As an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb he is part of the Department of ITS. His research interests include ITS, traffic control, connected autonomous vehicles, modeling and simulation of road traffic, the application of artificial intelligence and computer vision in road transport, and real-time traffic data analytics including digital twins.
As a consultant, he participates in the evaluation of international and national research and development projects. He manages or participates in several national and EU scientific projects targeting the application of learning-based systems for control of mixed traffic flows being a member of the Scientific Centre of Excellence for Data Science and Cooperative Systems, IEEE, Croatian Academy of Engineering, and ITS Croatia.

Asst. Prof. Dario Babić
Department of Traffic Signalling; Testing laboratory of Department of Traffic Signalling
Dario Babić is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb, Croatia, with more than 10 years of experience in the field of road safety. His main research interests include quality testing of road markings and road signs, scientific and commercial projects related to traffic control devices, road safety, driver behaviour, driving simulator research, eye tracking, etc. He conducted his postdock research at the Transportation Research Institute, University of Hasselt, Hasselt (Belgium) in 2019, and at the Michigan State University as a Fulbright research scholar in academic year 2021/2022.
He is the author of over 50 scientific papers published in international scientific and professional journals and presented at international conferences. Also, during his career, he has participated in over 30 projects. He actively participates in the work of the scientific community through editorial work in scientific journals and as a reviewer for high-indexed journals. In addition, he is a member of Croatian Chamber of Transport Engineers, Croatian Committee for Standardization - Technical Committee DZNM/TO 509: Road equipment and CEN/TC226 WG2 (Road Markings), CEN/TC226 WG3 (Traffic Signs), CEN/T226 WG12 (Road Interaction - ADAS).

Marko Periša, Ph.D. is part of PROMET - Traffic&Transportation editorial board, where he tracks the papers related to information and communication traffic.
As an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb he is part of the Department of information and communication traffic (Head of Chair of Information Communication Systems and Networks, Head of the Laboratory of Development and Research of Information and Communication Assistive Technology). His research interests include Assistive Technology, Smart Technologies, Traffic System, e/mBusiness, Communication Technology, Society 5.0, Industry 4.0/5.0.
He participates in several professional and EU projects focused on the application of information and communication systems in traffic. He is a member of the supervisory board of the Croatian Chamber of Traffic and Transport Technology Engineers and the chairman of the supervisory board of Pružne građene d.o.o. He is also a member of the working group of the Ministry of Science and Education for revising the Action Plan of the National Cyber Security Strategy of the National Council for Cyber Security, a member of the working group for the creation of program documents for the financial period of the European Union 2021-2027 (Connected Croatia), Ministry of Regional Development and Funds EU, is a member of The International Telecommunications Society (ITS), is a member of the TM Forum.

Department of Transport Planning; Chair of Transport Ecology
Marijan Jakovljević, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb. His research and professional work focus on transport planning, road infrastructure safety, traffic flow and management, GNSS-based systems, and methodologies such as EuroRAP/iRAP for systematic assessment and improvement of road safety, and he has contributed extensively to scientific publications and international projects in these areas.
