PORTFOLIO MODEL OF POSTAL SERVICES
Based upon the assumption that a portfolio concept is applicable to and useful for postal organizations, a three - dimension portfolio model of postal services has been developed. The implementation of portfolio model in strategic management of the postal system development is hereby recommended.
