THE COMMON TRANSPORT POLICY IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY
The author analyses the transport policy of the EC. He emphasises the importance of the so called White Book which was published in 1985, since when a most important period of the creation of a united internal market, plus a united transport market of the community has started. He gives an itinerary of actions needed to be done by 1992.
