Regulisanje odnosa u oblasti vazdušnog saobraćaja između SFRJ i EZ

THE RELATIONS OF THE REGULATIONS IN THE AREA OF AIR TRANSPORT BETWEEN YUGOSLAVIA AND THE EC

The author shows the future regulations in the EC concerning the regulation of air traffic and its influence on the relations of air transporters from the third party countries. The author recommends the necessity for negotiations concerning the rules of dividing capacity and the question of tarrifs. The negotiations should be realised either between the EC and Yugoslavia or between the EC and EC AC. He points out that air traffic has already brought an income of 350 million USD to Yugoslavia. This is one more reason to solve any problems extremly carefully.
