THE COMPUTERIZATION OF TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS IN THE EC AND THE OBLIGATIONS FOR YUGOSLAV TRAFFIC

The author explains the efforts that have been made up to now to standardize and computerize transport documentations world wide, overseas transport being the most vital. The author shows that the EC's efforts are moving fast forward in this direction using the EDI-FACT standards, which is accepted as an ISO-standard all over the world. In Yugoslavia we should be organised to adapt to the new demands as quickly as possible if we want to join in the world trade successfully.
