Problematika razvoja informacione tehnologije v železničkom prevozu između SFRJ i EZ

THE PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INRAILWAY TRAFFIC BETWEENYUGOSLAVIA AND THE EC

The author shows the need to join the Yugoslav Railways to the information system HERMES. In doing so we, in Yugoslavia, would overcome our internal differences, those being that the west part of Yugoslavia has one system, the east part another. The present day partial unsystematic solution prevents an efficient cohesion in the country, and even more in relations to Europe. The author pleads for a reasonable solution in hardware and software.
