EQUAL TREATMENT APPROACH TO TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE AS A PREREQUISITE OF RATIONAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM AND IMPROVED QUALITY OF TRANSPORT SERVICES

The author first reviews the conditions of surface transport in Yugoslavia and Croatia, to further provide a more detailed elaboration of the issues of transport infrastructure as related do the level of development of motor traffic in individual European countries and in our country’. Particular reference has been made to the main elements of forthcoming deregulation process in European Community and possible consequences to be felt in our transport activities and what steps should be taken on our part until the year 1992 so that we may be well prepared to cope with the newly introduces requirements.
