Neophodnost izgradnje Jadranske autoceste u funkciji razvoja turizma

INDISPENSABLE REQUIREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ADRIATIC HIGHWAY IN THE SERVICE OF TOURIST TRADE DEVELOPMENT

The paper first deals with a review of the existing state of holiday traffic (travel) in the member countries of the EC and directions absorbing foreign tourist flows from individual countries of origin to individual countries of destination or tourist destinations of individual countries as well as the rate of utilisation of accommodation facilities. Stating that the transport infrastructure facilities make the basic prerequisite of tourist travel the author discusses and explains the existing variants of the route of future Adriatic Highway and supports the requirement of urgent commencement of construction works.
