TRAINING OF TOURIST INDUSTRY PERSONNEL ON ASSIGNEMENT ON SEASIDE REGION OF SLOVENIA

This paper provides a historical review of activities on training of tourist industry personnel with the College of Naval and Traffic Engineering of Piran, the curriculum for the first and second year of study and data on student numbers for the period 1985–1989, and of difficulties the College has had in the process of this activity of training of specific profile personnel on assignment in tourist industry.
