EMPLOYMENT/LABOUR/LEGAL ASPECT OF SEASON JOBS IN TRANSPORT AND TOURIST INDUSTRY

The paper deals with highly current issues of season jobs in tourist industry from the aspect of legal stipulations and juridical-legal practice, problems experiences in conjunction with the same issues in individual transport segments as related to tourist industry. Delicate aspect of this problem is reiterated, as the interests of the employer should be harmonized with the interests and security requirements of season workers in tourist trade and transport.
