YUGOSLAVIA'S TRAFFIC AND THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

The author explains the course of talks between Yugoslavia and the EC concerning transport problems. He illustrates Yugoslavia's point of view an that of the EC. It is important for the EC to solve its problems of transit road traffic, while for Yugoslavia the views are much broader and contain demands for a free involvement in the EC traffic market, for making use of the Yugoslav infrastructure for transit traffic, and to simplify the formalities at the frontiers.
