THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND TRANSIT ACROSS YUGOSLAVIA

The author explains the problems of transit traffic across Yugoslavia, Austria and Switzerland which are particularly interesting or the EC because of the circulation of goods through the Balkans. Austria and Switzerland try to limit the road transport of goods for various reasons as much as possible. The author shows a survey of ideas which were outlined as possible solutions during negotiations.
